FAQs

How to Hire

Choose your outfit and secure your booking online for your event date. Your hire will be ready for either boutique collection or express delivery, depending on your selected option.

Once your event is over, returns are designed to be completely effortless, simply send your hire back using the prepaid express return label provided, or return it in back to the studio.

What happens if I accidentally stain or damage the dress?

Accidents happen. Please let us know as soon as possible if the garment is damaged. Minor wear can often be repaired, however significant damage or irreparable items may incur repair or replacement costs.

Do you offer try on appointments?

Yes! We offer try-on appointments for customers who would like to see the fit before committing to a hire. Appointment availability varies, so please book in advance.

A $10 appointment fee applies and is fully redeemable towards your dress hire if you book on the day.

Try ons are available at our studio in Bray Park in North Brisbane. Please book a try on below.

Do I need to clean the garment?

No. Cleaning is included in every hire. Please do not attempt to wash or dry clean the garment yourself.
